In order to utilize this application, you must first choose an MP4 file by clicking on the "Choose File" option. Once you have selected your file, specify the desired starting and ending points. The starting point represents the beginning time in seconds from which you wish to either cut or delete the video, while the ending point signifies the concluding time in seconds. Once you have entered the starting and ending points, you will be presented with two choices: to either delete or cut the video. It's important to note that due to constraints within JavaScript, the video editor is incapable of decoding any frames for editing purposes. Therefore, you will need to perform your video editing without the need for re-encoding. To facilitate this process, it is advisable to opt for keyframes for convenient random access during editing.
