Online Audio Editor for Beginners: Delete, Cut and Join Audio Files

Key Features

How to Delete and Cut Audio from Audio File

To use this app, you need to select an audio file by clicking "Choose File". After selecting the file, put the starting and ending points. The starting point is the starting value in seconds from where you want to cut or trim the audio, and the ending point is the ending value in seconds. After providing the starting and ending points, you have two options: trim or cut the audio.

Difference between Delete and Cut

Deleting means removing a specific part of the audio. For example, if your audio is 60 seconds long, and you want to delete 10 seconds in the middle, let's say you want to delete the audio from 10 seconds to 20 seconds. The delete operation will remove the audio from 10 seconds to 20 seconds and return the rest of the audio.

Cutting audio means you will get a specific part of the audio. For example, if you want to cut the audio from 10 seconds to 20 seconds, the cutting operation will return an audio containing the audio between 10 seconds to 20 seconds.

Additionally, you can generate multiple waveforms from a single audio file, which can be useful for dividing a single audio into multiple parts and open multi tracks. Here is the quick overview of How you can generate multiple waveforms and open multiple tracks.

This is how you can open multiple tracks.

Exporting Audio

Clear Data

The 'Clear Data' button is used to delete all the data from the application. This feature is useful if you want to generate multiple waveforms for multiple audio files. Simply choose a file, decode it, and generate a waveform. Once the waveform is generated, just clear the data. This will remove all the current data. Then, select another file and generate a new waveform.
